Email us at support@pawsiq.org with your account email and we'll cancel it immediately โ€” no questions asked. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
I'm having trouble with the AI โ€” what should I do?
First try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, email support@pawsiq.org with a description of the problem and we'll fix it within 24 hours.
Can I get a refund?
Yes โ€” if you're not happy with PawsIQ within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, email support@pawsiq.org and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Is PawsIQ available outside Canada?
Yes! PawsIQ works for pet owners worldwide. The app is fully in English and available in any country.
